About

GuildOtter, formerly SorinSupport

GuildOtter is a Discord bot with an AI assistant at its core and modules a server adds as it needs them. It started out as a support bot called SorinSupport, on the address sorinaitickets.com, and outgrew both.

Why the new name

The first version did one thing: tickets, with an assistant that answers before a person has to. Servers kept asking for more of the work around their community, from a queue in a voice channel to live numbers in the sidebar. A name built around tickets no longer described the bot, so in autumn 2026 it became GuildOtter.

Nothing about how it works changed with the name. Servers that used SorinSupport keep their settings, tickets and transcripts, and the old addresses lead here.

What GuildOtter does

Support at the core

Tickets from panels, topics and intake forms, with claim, transfer and transcripts. The assistant answers from what your team wrote down and hands over when a person should take it.

Modules instead of one big bot

A server switches on what it needs and leaves the rest off. New modules run on a few servers first and open up for everyone once they hold up.

It looks like your server

The bot carries your server's name and avatar, and every message it sends can be styled in the visual message builder.

One dashboard for the team

Settings, insights and ticket history in one place, signed in with Discord. Members never need an account.

Questions

Is GuildOtter the same bot as SorinSupport?
Yes. Same bot, same data, a new name. If SorinSupport is on your server, GuildOtter already is.
Do we have to do anything after the rename?
No. Links to the dashboard, to transcripts and from published panels that still carry the old address lead to guildotter.com.
Is SorinAI Tickets something else?
No. SorinAI Tickets was the name of the website, sorinaitickets.com. It is the same product, now at guildotter.com.
