Tickets

A Discord ticket bot your team can run without a handbook

Members open a ticket from a panel you designed, land in a channel with the right people in it, and leave with an answer. Your team sees who is waiting, who took it and how long it took, without leaving Discord.

Panels and topics

You decide which topics a server can open a ticket for. A member picks one from the panel and the ticket opens in the category and with the roles that topic belongs to.

Intake forms

A topic can ask its own questions before the channel opens. The answers arrive with the ticket, so the first reply is an answer instead of a question.

Claim, transfer, close

One person claims a ticket so two do not answer at once. It can move to another team, and closing it writes a transcript that stays readable after the channel is gone.

Capacity and wait times

The panel can show how many of your team are around and how long the queue is, so nobody opens a ticket at four in the morning expecting an instant reply.

Insights

Tickets per day, response and resolution times, which topics actually get used. Enough to see where the work sits, not a data warehouse.

Stat channels

Open tickets or resolved-this-week as a voice channel name, for servers that want the number visible in the sidebar.

Questions

Do members need an account anywhere?
No. Everything a member does happens in Discord. The dashboard is for your team, and it signs in with Discord too.
What happens to a ticket after it closes?
The channel goes away and a transcript stays. Your team reads it in the dashboard; the member gets a link that works without a login. How long transcripts are kept depends on the plan.
Can we start for free?
Yes. Every approved server starts on the Free plan, with the ticket system working. The paid plans raise the limits and open the rest.
Why do we have to request access?
The product is invite-only while it grows. You sign in, pick your server and ask; approval is a person reading the request, not a queue you sit in for weeks.

Get access

Sign in, pick your server, request access. Once it’s approved the dashboard opens for that server, and every server starts on Free.
